We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition. Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Many of our closed-shoe styles feature a removable footbed, allowing you to easily swap them out for your own custom orthotics while still enjoying our supportive designs.

To maintain the quality of your shoes, we recommend using a high-quality leather protector spray before your first wear and cleaning them regularly with a damp cloth and leather conditioner.
